Privacy Policy

1. Our approach

irotabi (the “App”) does not require you to create an account. Data you create, such as visit records, notes, and templates, isstored only on your device and is never transmitted to or retained on the developer's servers.

2. Information stored on your device

This data is removed from your device when you uninstall the App. The developer has no way to access its contents.

3. About the sharing feature

Links and QR codes generated by the sharing feature contain only the fill state and minimal metadata. They do not contain notes, visit dates, photos, or any information that identifies your device. Shared content does not pass through the developer's servers; it is reconstructed directly on the recipient's device.

Anyone who knows the link can view its contents. Please manage who you share links with yourself.

4. Information collected by third-party services

The App uses the following services, which may collect information automatically.

Firebase Analytics (Google LLC)

Aggregates anonymous counts such as screen views and feature usage, which we use to decide how to improve the App. It does not transmit information that identifies you, nor the places you have visited.

Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC)

When the App terminates abnormally, collects error information, your device model name, and OS version so the cause can be investigated.

Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC)

Used to deliver announcement notifications. Delivery is managed per topic, and no registration information that identifies you is retained. You can turn notifications off at any time from your device settings or from within the App.

Google AdMob (Google LLC)

The App displays advertisements. Advertising islimited to non-personalized ads, and we do not target ads based on your interests. However, information such as your advertising ID may be obtained by Google in order to deliver ads and prevent fraud.

For details on how Google handles data, please seeGoogle's Privacy & Terms.

5. Location information

The App does not access your device's location (GPS). Visit records consist only of what you select manually on the map.

6. Children's privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be revised as needed. If there is a significant change, we will announce it in the App or on this page.
